Even if there is no history of kidney disease you should learn all you can about kidney disease and the prevention of kidney disease.
I have posted several links to different groups and all contain excellent information about kidney failure, testing, diets, organ donation and a lot of general information regarding kidney disease.
So learn all you can and take the best possible care of your kidneys
And of course if you have any questions you can always ask me, not that I’m an expert but I do have a lot of experience with kidney problems.
