Just an Update

Ok to keep posting I thought I would post an update of what’s been going on.

As some of you know Pam Lowe and Laura Collins in Virginia has kicked off a candle fund raising event to Help Save My Life.

Please check out face book, they have some information posted there and I have been told they are really putting some effort into this event and now with your support we can pull together and Help Save My Life

I will post more information here as soon I get it from Pam and Laura.

Next we have Brian Peters, he runs a martial arts school in Oldsmar and he teach Krav Maga (the Israeli system of hand to hand combat) and he has offered to host a few events as a fund raiser to Help Save My Life.

Check back here often and we will post information as soon as we have this event scheduled.

Then we have all the people that have made a donation or bought raffle tickets. We have raised almost $1,000 so far. I know it’s a long way from were we need to be but I think with the fund raisers coming up we will reach the goal of $50,000 soon.

For those that don’t know, I have been working with Raise the Funds, a family stage hypnosis show and they are willing to put on a number of shows with no money up front as long as we can get some corporate sponsors for the events. So if you know any company or group that would like to sponsor Raise the Funds, let me know as soon as possible.

Part of my Fund Raisers I am about to stop all together, like with the candy sales, we had many people say they would help and when I sent out the email asking for volunteers, 2 people responded and sadly I don’t think the candy sales would help with only a few people selling candy. For example to make over 3000 dollars, I would have to sale over 3000 cases of candy. That would be a lot of candy for 2 people to sell so I think I will not proceed with that at this time.

We are still looking for volunteers to help with fund raisers and if we do get to schedule the stage hypnosis show, I will need several volunteers to help with the production of that show.

So please check back often and we will keep you posted as to where we stand with the fund raisers we have planned.

Also Help Save My Life may become a non profit organization so other kidney failure patients my benefit from what I have gone through with the fund raisers. There are not a lot of opportunities for people to make a large amount of money for medical problems and if we get the corporate sponsors we want, we will become a non profit organization and keep Help Save My Life going to benefit others.

That’s just a quick update and please check out the list of Who We’ve Contacted and if you feel like it, take a minute and email or write to the same people we have contacted and let them know how important Help Save My Life is and right now more than every we really could use their assistance.
