Being a transplant patient you learn to love to have labs drawn and visit the doctor.
Normal procedure for follow up is
First Month - Mon, Wed, Fri
Second Month -Mon, Fri
Third Month - Mon
Each time you will have labs drawn and visit with the doctor.
However, I was on a little different schedule.
After the second week post transplant I was reduced to 1 visit a week.
How awesome is that? To me it was very awesome and of course it means less needle sticks.
There have been a few weeks that I have had to visit twice, primarily to have labs repeated since my Creatinine level bounces all over the place, any time it's high, of course I will have a second visit that week
