Visits to transplant/Financial Statement

I had my first visit at Florida Hospital Orlando Tranplant Center

I went through some testing and return on Sept. 27 for another all day visit

I had an EKG done, a chest x ray and lab work done ( and I mean lab work, they took at least 20 tubes of blood )

Then I attended the day 1 orientation. Which presented us with a lot of information on how the entire transplant process works.
The orientation was a very good learning tool.

Now on the 27th I get to meet the transplant surgeon and the other key people on the tranplant team.

The only problem I have with the second visit is at this time I have a Financial Statement of Understanding that I have to sign.

I have to sign that form stating I am financially able to afford my co-pays post transplant.

Right now I cannot sign that form in good faith....

I need help .
