Just an update about pay pal

This is one of the worst companies ever that I have had to deal with and I consider Pay Pal almost worse than dealing Wachovia Dealer Services. So you know it’s pretty bad.



All sales through Pay Pal for Candles and PopCorn will be returned to the buyer. So if you want to keep your current order, please contact me today for the candles. If not those that bought raffle tickets, candles or popcorn, please look for the refund and then use the gofundme link on my site now and send the amount again.
We have been in a battle with Pay Pal and they refuse to take the restrictions off of my account. Because we were asking for donations, someone at pay pal, took it upon there self to change my account to a non profit account and that account requires the legal paper work for the non profit organization for the 501 certification. As you all know we want to form the Help Save My Life Foundation, but at this time, those papers do not exist and Pay Pal has been informed of this many times in writing and verbal during phone calls to the company.

Now not only are they holding funds, they also refuse to tell the buyer they are holding my funds, so when you order something they take your money and say nothing to you about the account being on hold. This way they still get to make money, even though they have done nothing to help in this situation.

These people have got to be some of the dumbest people I have ever dealt with. It’s like a recording, I tell them we don’t have the papers they are requesting because they do not exist and they email me back and say the account will stay limited until I can provide the papers they want, again I email and tell them they do not exist and they send the same email.

I have talked to the supervisors yesterday actually and was told everything was now ok with my account and some pay pal employee named Morgan, was kind enough to email me again today and say the account will stay on limitations until I provide the paper work. Again, I have told them to do whatever they want with the account, they do have about $200 and they refuse to release it and I assume they will send it back, since they refuse to tell me what they plan on doing.

I don’t know what happened from the time I talked to the supervisor there yesterday to today when Morgan decided to send me the same broken record email but once again something happened and they refuse to tell me what they are going to do now. Morgan keeps sending the same email in response to everything I have said… I don’t think they read my emails; they just see them and respond with the same response that comes no where close to even aswering the questions that I am asking.

I’m glad this happened now and not some time down the road like when I was ready for the transplant and had to have all the cash out of this account right now.

If you use Pay Pal, beware. They are doing whatever they want with no explanations of what they are doing and why they are doing it. And they claim its all over something that has never even existed.
