Thanks and answer to questions.

First of all once again I want to say thank you for checking out my site and for all of your support during these tough times. I don’t know what I would do without any one of you that has been here for me.




I want to say also even though I am working on fund raisers, I really don’t care about the amount of money that you donate or don’t donate.



What I care about is getting enough volunteers to help with these events as they happen. I have had so many people say something about being sorry they cannot help with money, please don’t be sorry, I completely understand how tough the times are on everyone, not just me.



Again, I do not care about your money, I can use your time and input on our fund raiser we are planning right now and that would be a bigger help than you making a donation. Even though every donation counts and goes directly into an account that was opened for the purpose of Help Save My Life at Bank of America, right now the more important thing to me is what is going to work the best as far as fund raisers are concerned.



Also please note that when I ask for help, that is not asking for money. That is asking for time and assistance in lining up certain fund raisers we are working on. Again I am not concerned about the amount of money you can give or cannot give.



Rest assured I understand first hand that the times are tough on everyone right now. But tough times or not, I still need a kidney transplant and I have been forced to host fund raisers to raise enough money to proceed with my transplant.



I have put a lot of time into the fund raising events and have recently sent out a lot of emails asking people what they think and I hope you can take the time to respond because right now I need feed back from people anywhere. We would love to bring the same fund raisers to the Giles County area that is being planned in Florida right now. But again, with my request for help, that was not for money, that was for your thoughts about the fund raisers we are planning.



Now with that said, please stop saying you are here to help and then never respond to a call, text or email. If you cannot help at all, please let me know and I will remove you from the list of people that I call, text or email asking for help with different projects. I don’t want you to think I am harassing you to donate money, but when you offer to help, I will take you up on that but please just be up front and if you don’t have time to do anything to help, I understand that. But I cannot understand why some friends will not even respond to a call now.



This has truly been the worst situation in my life and I’m working with a select few volunteers that have been a God send and with that help I will be able to rise above this and move on with my life.



Granted I hate to ask for help since I have always been there to help others this entire process has been new to me and dealing with everything that we have dealt with so far, the last thing any of the volunteers needs is for people to claim we are harassing them for money.



I posted some time ago on face book that I have been through a lot and still have a lot to go through and there will be a lot more posting as time goes on, so if the post on face book become too much for you, please simply delete me as a friend and there will be no hard feelings.



I hope I have addressed most of the issues that people have been complaining about and as always if you have a question, please email me and let me know and I will try to address it right away so you know we are truly working on getting events set up and not trying to get your money.



Well that is until the event, then we want all of your money … LOL… just joking..



We want to put on some awesome fund raisers and we want everyone to be able to attend the fund raisers and have an awesome fun filled time while and at the same time take place in an event that will truly Help Save My Life.



I still thank God for everyone that has been involved in these projects, even the negative emails has prompted this response and I’m even glad to get them because at least I know that some people are getting upset with the amount of stuff I post. Not that I will change that amount of stuff I post, but now I know when I send out certain things to delete those people from the mailing list.
