Problems with Pay Pal Continues, Refunds issued.

Even though I have maintained a Pay Pal Verified account for many years
Pay Pal still continues to refuse to work with us and remove the hold they have placed on my account because of an error made at Pay Pal.

Someone at the company took it upon themselves to change our account from a business merchant account to a charity non profit account.

This pay pal account was opened with B & C Public Safety and has not changed from the time we opened the account.

Granted we are in the process of becoming a non profit, we are not at this time and even though we are not, pay pal demands the legal paper work for a non profit organization that does not even exist at this time.

As of today, we did issue a refund of all the money Pay Pal was holding and refused to release.

Thanks and I am very sorry for all the Pay Pal problems but I do not know what else to do. I have emailed, called and asked to speak with a supervisor and still nothing has happened. They continue to hold the funds in my account and keep asking for paper work that does not exist.

This is what they are asking for. Keep in mind we do have a seperate account for the Help Save My Life funds, however, it is not listed as a business account and Pay Pal said that is not acceptable.
