Yes I know there is always a but to these post.
You can only call 2 days a months and at certain times.
and for over 6 months now I have called every time on time and have never been able to talk to a person to even apply for assistance from them.
This has been the case for several other agencies in Osceola County
call only 1 or times times a month during an hour time block and not once for over 6 months have I been able to speak to a person to ask for assistance.
They do not take walk ins, it has to be a phone interview, yet I can never get an answer to even beg for help from them.
