There's a number of groups that offer to assist with utilities.
Of the many applications I have filled out for assistance over the last 6 months
not 1 agencey has provided me with any assistance with utilities.
Some of them as well you can only call 1 or 2 times a month during a 1 hour time block and again with the ones you have to call, I have never got an answer to even ask them for assistance.
